Payment and Cancellation Policy

To reserve rental equipment from Kids On The Move, please fill out the Rental Request Form and submit to me. I will respond A.S.A.P., usually within 24 hours. But please be patient, I am always on the move.

A one time, non refundable $20 deposit is required to confirm your equipment rental. The deposit will be applied to the total balance of your rental. The total balance of your rental and delivery fees are due no later than three (3) days prior to your arrival.

Delivery fee is $20

Same day booking and delivery fee is $30

Payments can be made via Zelle. If you do not have Zelle and are looking for another payment method please send me an email. Cash/Checks are accepted.

Payment information will be sent with your invoice after completing the rental request form.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled delivery will be charged one full night of the full reservation amount.
