Rental Terms and Conditions
All the Kids On The Move rental equipment has been safety checked, cleaned, and sanitized. Please inspect all the rental equipment upon arrival or receipt. If something does not meet with your approval, please let me know immediately. I will make every effort to return or exchange within the first 24 hours.
Renter will immediately discontinue use of the rental equipment should it be deemed damaged or unsafe. Kids On The Move cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to any person or property from the rental equipment. You are renting at your own risk. It is your responsibility to keep users safe.
Prices are based on a nightly fee or a 24 hour period. Each 24 hour period is considered one (1) night. There is a two (2) hour grace period above the 24 hours, but anything over 24 hours plus an additional two (2) hours is considered an additional night fee.
Delivery Policy
Rental Homes or Condos - Your rental equipment can be placed in your rental prior to your arrival. Simply fill out the Rental Request Form and provide me with the following information:
Dates of your stay with estimated time of arrival
Address of your rental home or condo
Rental agency used (e.g. Catalina Island Vacation Rentals, Hamilton Cove Real Estate) so I can arrange the delivery with them
Please note that this service is only available based on the owner or rental property manager’s discretion. There is a $20 delivery/pickup charge ($30 for same day rental and delivery). Items will be dropped off at your home or condo by 3:00PM on your check-in day. Pick up of rental items will be at 12 noon on your check-out day. These times can be negotiable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs to the best of my ability.
Hotels - Please notify your hotel in advance that I will be making a delivery. Some hotels allow me to deliver the equipment directly to your room. Otherwise, I can leave your rental equipment with the front desk or concierge.
*If you have a single item such as a car seat or stroller that you would like to have dropped off at the Catalina Express, I am able to arrange to have the item taken to Blue Line Baggage. Simply inform the attendant that you are picking up from Kids On The Move. Additionally, you may drop the item off at the Blue Line Baggage if you would like to keep it until you leave the island. Please note there is an additional $10 convenience fee per item and this service needs to be arranged in advance. Kindly let me know on the Rental Request Form if you wish to use this service.
